1. A PHOTOSHOOT WITH JILLIAN AT EIGHTH HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHY Are you really surprised?
"The average adult has just seven photos taken with their mother every year, according to research" (mirror.com). With technology advancing and selfies on the rise, moms have taken matters into their own hands! Not having to plan a photoshoot would be extra special.
But how do we plan without her? Depending on her style, we can choose the perfect location for your well-coordinated family to make some long lasting memories.
SO WHAT'S HER STYLE? - Trendy: let's meet Downtown Royal Oak, Birmingham, Rochester, or even Detroit. We can take urban photos on the streets up against beautiful buildings with plenty of city-life all around. Plus, you can grab a bite to eat afterward. - Nature: I have a few spots in mind all over Metro Detroit. One of my absolute favorite parks is in Rochester Hills, MI. If she loves water, we can meet at Quarton Lake in Birmingham, MI or any favorite lake of yours! If trees are her thing, I know of a gorgeous park with tons of tall trees where sunshine streams through and creates a dreamy backdrop! - Classic: We could plan a session at a your local library, a bookstore (Toadvine Books in Berkley, MI or Shaw's Books in Grosse Pointe, MI are great locations), outside of the Detroit Institute of Art, or in the Gardens at Cranbrook. - Baddie: Maybe you're planning for your wife or girlfriend (or mom still, no judgement) and she's a complete baddie! If her wish is to feel like the absolute Goddess that she is, let's set-up a Boudoir Session for her! She can be pampered with hair, make-up, relaxation, and then create an album fit for a Queen.
